Nicholas has over 20 years’ experience in HR, change management and transformation within the private and public sector. He has successfully managed and supported a wide range of complex ER issues including investigations, grievances and mediation and has developed ER policy and procedures. Nicholas also has a strong track record of delivering improvement and transformation initiatives to improve function or business performance, assessing and developing leaders and managers for organisational effectiveness, and facilitating team workshops and team building.
Nicholas is currently training as a Jungian Analyst – he is interested in exploring concepts rooted in Jungian psychoanalysis or analytical psychology to compliment workplace resolution theory and practice. Specifically, he explores how the personality of the individual contributes to, and resolves, workplace conflict. Nicholas is also interested in psychoanalysis as a form of coaching and to deepen leadership and management insight into personality types and the dynamics between the individual psyche and the workplace. Nicholas writes articles about the workplace, analysing organisations-in depth from an analytical psychology perspective with the aim of helping organisations to create a productive and harmonious workplace.
Nicholas is committed to working effectively with leaders, managers and other stakeholders to address their people and operational challenges.
