TCM LEADERSHIP COACHES
TCM leadership coaches provide expert coaching by accredited coaches, all with a background themselves in leading senior teams through change. TCM coaches take a practical approach to helping leaders identify priorities for development, define challenging goals and practical actionable steps in plans for their own development journeys. Coaching packages can be planned in blocks of 3, 6 and 10 sessions.
Coaching can incorporate evaluation tools such as 360/180 degree feedback, and personality type instruments such as MBTI, Insights or lumina. These tools used as part of a coaching programme develop leaders’ self-awareness creating a realistic perspective on strengths and potential blindspots to support personal development planning.
