Vital signs surveys by the TCM Group provide an overview of culture, engagement and performance in organisations. Leaders receive clear evidence based recommendations for priorities and quick wins, backed up by research, analysis and diagnosis.
More rigorous than The TCM bronze ‘Pulse Survey’ and less involved than the in-depth Gold ‘3D Review’, The TCM Silver ‘Vital Signs’ review is a diagnostic tool that provides a good basis for decision making. The approach uses the TCM Framework of 5 enablers of leadership effectiveness which include Vision, resilience, clarity, agility and compassion, as a basis for review, using indicators for performance in each of these areas.
The TCM Vital signs survey report:
- informs leaders of the overall performance of their organisation in terms of culture, engagement and climate
- recommends key focus areas for change and development
- provides a basis for further in depth analysis and investigation
- underpins or disproves intuitive assessment and perspectives of the situation
The vital signs report will include recommendations for action such as: leadership development; team building; behavioural frameworks; consultancy, or conflict management. These will be provided as an outline action plan for implementation.
The Silver Vital Signs Review comprises:
- A desk top review of existing data within the organisation
- Interviews and with a defined stakeholder group representing different areas in the organisation
- A survey on key issues for analysis
- Analysis including correlation of different data to identify trends and distinctive differences in different groups within the organisation
- A written report and presentation to the leadership team/survey sponsors
