Claire Gearon joined TCM in February 2020 as Head of Programmes. Her focus is supporting clients in Leadership and Culture Change, working to embed highly engaging leadership behaviours and climates to promote high performing fair and just cultures.

Claire’s expertise is in helping leaders to create a positive culture in which teams achieve excellence in performance and productivity. She supports leaders to develop their capability to through people who are highly engaged in their work, committed to team performance and feel valued and rewarded for their individual contributions. Her approach and focus is on developing the mindset, behaviours and practical actions to lead effectively. Claire works with whole teams, individuals and with groups of managers from across organisations to create awareness and capability for culture change and leadership development.

Hailing originally from Wales Claire has worked internationally in a wide range of sectors including in Central & Local Government, Mining and Metals Manufacturing, Science Research and Development, Manufacturing, Banking, Retail, Hospitality, Defence, Tourism and Aviation.

Claire brings her own people management & leadership experience to the role. She has led teams at functional management and operational service delivery levels, creating the culture and systems for high performance, effective stakeholder management and consistency in quality customer service.
