Vanessa is a qualified HR Professional who has also trained as a Psychometric Evaluator, Investigator and Mediator. Her career in HR has primarily been spent in large complex Public Sector organisations and National PLCs. This allowed her to develop her expertise across all HR issues both complex and routine and including the need to apply corporate policy. Since becoming a Consultant she had used her skills and experience in organisations of varying sizes.
With a solution-focused approach, she has worked on various projects within change management and organisational design. Vanessa’s creative approach and experience helps to ensure organisations achieve their goals. Her genuine interest in people and teams has led her to work on a number of large-scale, fast-paced change programmes.
With the use of colour profiling/psychometrics, Vanessa has also run a number of workshops bringing people and teams together. A strength is to influence those around her and quickly build relationships, thereby she creates a positive environment that’s ready to embrace change and work well.
Vanessa has also designed and implemented homeworking processes and has recently supported Directors with remote interview and selection processes.
