A former People Director for a large national charity Sue has deep and wide experience of workplace dispute resolution from every aspect including preparing and appearing in the employment tribunal. Sue trained as a mediator with TCM in 2011 and has been mediating and developing mediation practice since then both in house and as an independent consultant. Sue is also a trustee of a local mediation service and undertakes community mediation on a voluntary basis for this charity.
Sue has conducted investigations in house and as an independent consultant for large and small organisations with investigations involving up to 36 interviewees.
Sue has trained and mentored others in best practice in mediation and workplace investigation.
Sue is equally comfortable working online or face to face, whichever is appropriate for the particular job.
