Marianne Schoenig is an Accredited Workplace & Employment Mediator (and Civil & Commercial Mediator) as well as a qualified Coach and NLP Practitioner. Passionate about mediation being a crucial enabler of healthy, happy and productive cultures, Marianne has served as guest lecturer and discussion leader in workplace mediation for undergraduates and CIPD professionals, and judged at the National Student Mediation Competition.
Marianne also holds a Diploma in Procurement and Supply. Before becoming a full time mediator and coach, Marianne mediated and helped people develop as part of her leadership responsibilities driving a more inclusive and diverse supplier base for Accenture, a multinational professional services corporation, in which she worked closely with the People & Culture function. Additionally, Marianne served on the board of WEConnect International, a global non-profit focused on equal opportunities for women-owned businesses in international supply chains. Marianne received an award for her efforts in support of improved livelihood prospects for severely under-privileged women workers in India.
