Even high functioning teams are usually organised for business as usual.  Recent months have demanded  many teams to make a rapid transition to achieve high performance delivery, in circumstances they were unprepared for.  Sometimes exceptional results are needed without any significant uplift in resources.  Teams often need to deliver more with less.  Recent examples include the remarkable shift teachers across the world made to teaching students at home.  Teachers quickly became virtual learning experts, delivering interactive engaging classes, using unfamiliar tech.  Another is the swift response to new demands in hospitals, care homes and medical centres in response to Covid-19.  In 2020 even the most  prepared teams have had to take extraordinary measures to ensure they could provide their very best standards of service in difficult circumstances.  Our approach supports team leaders to ensure that their team can adapt and transition together, maintaining high standards of collaborative working and performance.  It builds on essential theories of team work, personality type, dynamic decision making, lean and agile working practices.
