Welcome to TCM’s Leadership and Management Suite. We support managers and leaders to develop the confidence, the competence and the courage to handle the challenges and the demands of the modern workplace.

The world of work is changing rapidly and the demands being placed on our managers and leaders are becoming ever greater. Increasing numbers of complex human resources, employee relations and business processes are being devolved to leaders, managers and supervisors. These include: handling disciplinary, grievance and misconduct issues; dealing with allegations of bullying and harassment; managing capability and performance; dealing with absence; recruitment and selection; engaging employees, dealing with mental health issues; managing change and driving innovation; and of course, managing conflict.

Since 2001, TCM has been proudly working with many household names to help their managers and leaders to secure innovative solutions to these issues. We have seen first-hand how challenging it can be and how much confidence and courage it can take. It’s all about listening, understanding, adapting, negotiating, challenging, questioning, summarising, reframing and engaging. And that’s what makes TCM’s leadership and management suite different. We’ve seen how tough it can be when relations malfunction and teams become toxic. As mediators, we are there to pick up the pieces. It’s this knowledge and insight that we have gained over the past 20 years that give TCM the edge. We don’t just talk about it, we do it.
